High Season: 25June - 14 September and all long weekends
Shoulder Season: 15 September - 25 June

Check-in Time: 4 - 8pm
Check-out Time: 8 - 11am

Special check in times and self check in/check out can be arranged upon request.

Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will become non-refundable four weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations received prior 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Deposits can be made using e-mail money transfers (completed through online banking) or personal cheque. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee:

We require a $200 cash deposit at check-in time, which will be fully returned upon your departure.

All stays are subject to a $80 cleaning charge.
